Our Concept
Our concept has been developed to offer the modern day retailer a presence in some of the UK’s most prominent towns and cities. These are broken down by region and include Scotland & Ireland, The North East, The North West, The Midlands and London & Wales. Flexible terms are available for new, prospective businesses which allow you to start up or to develop existing business in a way that suits you. New clients have a range of options open to them which can be negotiated and the best solution agreed upon with your centre manager.

If we cannot help, the chances are we know where to go to get that help. Throughout the year we run marketing campaigns within the centres and offer promotional support for the more entrepreneurial traders looking to boost their sales. We can help with suppliers and wholesalers and we know what works well and what doesn’t.
